September 2025 Interim Session – TSN TG Agenda

NOTE: There is a registration fee for this Interim Session, for remote participation as well

The TSN TG conducts mixed-mode meetings from September 16 to 19 in Düsseldorf, Germany to progress its work as part of the September IEEE 802.1 Interim (see, e.g., the 802.1 WG Calendar).

This includes the IEC/IEEE 60802 TSN Profile for Industrial Automation Joint Project and the IEEE P802.1DP / SAE AS6675 TSN for Aerospace Onboard Ethernet Communications joint project.

Please submit your agenda request by August 25 following the guidelines described on the TSN meetings page.

Agenda details will be provided below (based on the agenda requests).

The times are given in CEST: Central European Summer Time. (Other time zones can be checked by clicking on the start time of a slot.)

Note that some agenda changes may be needed depending on the progress during the Session.

Mixed-mode meeting guidelines:

  1. Please RECORD YOUR ATTENDANCE via IMAT during the time interval announced for the meeting. This is essential for minute taking.
  2. Please mute yourself when you are not speaking
  3. Please provide your information (see the instructions on page 6):
    1. Given name
    2. Family name
    3. [Affiliation] (as part of your Family name, e.g., in [square brackets])
  4. Please put / remove yourself into the queue “at the mic” in the chat window, e.g.: “+q” or “-q”

Voting members, please submit your votes on ePolls.

Chair to advise:

  • IEEE’s Patent Policy is described in Clause 6 of the IEEE SA Standards Board Bylaws;
  • Early identification of patent claims which may be essential for the use of standards under development is strongly encouraged;
  • There may be Essential Patent Claims of which IEEE is not aware. Additionally, neither IEEE, the WG, nor the WG Chair can ensure the accuracy or completeness of any assurance or whether any such assurance is, in fact, of a Patent Claim that is essential for the use of the standard under development;
  • IEEE SA’s copyright policy is described in Clause 7 of the IEEE SA Standards Board Bylaws and Clause 6.1 of the IEEE SA Standards Board Operations Manual;
  • Any material submitted during standards development, whether verbal, recorded, or in written form, is a Contribution and shall comply with the IEEE SA Copyright Policy.
