P802.1AR-2018-Rev: Secure Device Identity
This standard specifies Secure Device Identifiers (DevIDs) designed to be used as interoperable secure device authentication credentials with industry standard authentication and provisioning protocols. A standardized device identity facilitates interoperable secure device authentication and simplifies secure device deployment and management.
This is a maintenance revision of IEEE Std 802.1AR-2018. The ‘Introduction to the draft’ in the draft cover pages describes the approved and in-progress amendments (if any), maintenance items, technical, and editorial corrections included in that draft.
